The GipTrans EU platform is operated by GipTrans s.r.o., IČO 23210931, registered office Pacovská 2104/1, Krč, 140 00 Praha 4, Czech Republic, entered in the Commercial Register kept by Městský soud v Praze, oddíl C, vložka 423314. We are the controller of the personal data processed on this website and platform under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"). What we process, why and for how long is described in our Privacy Policy.

Your rights

• Access — to know whether we process your data and get a copy (Art. 15).
• Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16).
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten") where the conditions of Art. 17 are met.
• Restriction of processing (Art. 18).
• Data portability for data you gave us under a contract (Art. 20).
• Objection to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21).
• Withdrawal of consent at any time, where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

How to exercise them

Write to [email protected] or to our registered office. We answer without undue delay and at the latest within one month (Art. 12(3)); we may ask you to confirm your identity first.

Right to lodge a complaint

You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in the Czech Republic the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (www.uoou.cz) — or with the authority of your EU country of residence or work.
