Terms of Service

By accessing or using GipTrans EU you agree to these Terms of Service.

Use of the service

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• The service may not be used for unlawful purposes.

AI negotiation agent

Where you enable the AI negotiation agent on a thread, it acts solely as your representative, within the mandate you define — price corridor, acceptable payment terms, red lines and autonomy mode. The agent prepares and sends bids and messages on your behalf; our servers enforce your mandate, so no proposal outside it is ever sent, whatever the model suggests.

The agent cannot conclude a contract. Every legally binding action — accepting a deal — requires an explicit action by an authorised person from your company. You remain responsible for the mandate you set and for any deal your team accepts.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, GipTrans EU is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
